Pre Sale Questions

The warranty covers all defects of new ROOMOVE devices for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase, including electrical parts (display, controller, motor, and charger), as well as manufacturing defects on an exchange basis. However, the warranty for the battery is 6 months or 2000 km (whichever comes first) with normal installation, use, service, and maintenance. Only consumers who purchase this device directly from us, at our roomove.eu store or from our authorized ROOMOVE seller (business partner with whom we have a signed agreement) can obtain protection under this limited warranty. This warranty is exclusive to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

We offer efficient shipping methods to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. Our products are shipped directly from our European warehouse, located strategically to provide fast delivery across the region. Typically, once payment is confirmed, we process and dispatch your order either on the same day or the next day, depending on the time of your purchase. This allows us to minimize delays and get your items to you promptly!

ROOMOVE Return Policy

At ROOMOVE, we offer a customer-friendly return policy: you can cancel, return, or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery if the product is unused, in original packaging, and includes all tags. Cancellations before shipment are free, but post-shipment returns incur a 10% restocking fee and a $250 shipping fee (unless defective). For defects or damages, we provide free replacements and cover repair costs. Contact us at contact@roomoves.com to initiate the process—sale items, gift cards, and misused products are non-returnable. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days, and exchanges ship within 3 days of receiving your return.

Most part of the bike is pre-assembled, but you need to assemble front wheel, handle bar, pedal and head light(if applicable) to the bike, and we will provide the tools. Which will take 10-20 mins. You can check User Manual to have a better understanding.

Technical - Battery Questions

Yes, you can ride your Revibikes in light rain. All of our electric components are designed for water resistance. After wet riding, don't forget to wipe LCD display and battery to make them dry, otherwise overnight moisture sometimes hurt those electric parts. However, it is not recommended to ride them through very heavy downpours, or through flooded streets when the crank and/or the motor can get splashed or even covered with water.

Please charge the battery once it's under 25%. Storage the battery between 25% - 75% is the best practice to extend the lithium battery lifespan. Do not leave the battery under 32℉ or above 104℉.

If you won't ride your bike for a while, charge the battery first, and then store it at a 25% - 75% charge level.
