Warranty Policy

This Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) is issued by ROOMOVE. Your rights under this Warranty are in addition to and separate from your legal rights as a purchaser of the Product. This Warranty does not affect these rights.

Before your first ride, please read the manual(s) provided with each Product. They contain important safety information, assembly instructions, and maintenance guidelines.

As explained in more detail below, ROOMOVE warrants the Products for a limited time from the date of original retail purchase against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with ROOMOVE’s published guidelines. The guidelines include, but are not limited to, information contained in technical specifications, user manuals, and service communications. "Original retail purchase" means the Product was purchased new directly from ROOMOVE. Partial warranty coverage can be transferred to subsequent owners, as detailed below.

Warranty Scope
ROOMOVE offers a limited warranty for electric bicycles and electric motorcycles sold. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal usage and maintenance. (All free accessories are not covered by warranty service.)

Warranty Period and Target Audience Terms
The warranty period for the product is 2 years, calculated from the date of purchase by the original purchaser ("the Buyer").

Any repairs or replacements during the warranty period will not extend the original warranty duration.

The warranty is automatically registered when the initial purchaser orders and receives the product from our official online store and applies to the original purchaser only.

Products Covered
ROOMOVE will replace any component deemed defective or damaged (including damage incurred during shipment), except in case of user error. The warranty covers the following products under the terms outlined:

• Frame
  ROOMOVE ebike frames are covered by a 2-year replacement warranty.

This warranty covers frame replacements only. Labor charges associated with transferring parts to replacement frames are not included. ROOMOVE service representatives will assess whether the frame meets the replacement criteria.

ROOMOVE reserves the right to use scratch and dent stock when replacing a frame under this warranty. Frames in styles or colors not in stock may be replaced with a compatible style and/or color at ROOMOVE’s discretion.

Frame issues excluded from this warranty include, but are not limited to:

• Corrosion

• Paint fade, scratches, and impact marks

• Impact damage

• Non-reversible modifications (e.g., drilling or welding)

• Chain guard mounted to the frame, if applicable

• Batteries
  ROOMOVE batteries are covered by a 2-year prorated warranty.

During the first 2 years of service, defective batteries will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer. The warranty period for a repaired or replaced battery will remain unchanged from the original purchase date.

No cash reimbursement will be made for battery claims.

Batteries can be assessed and found defective directly by ROOMOVE only.

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

• Defects or damage from accidents, abuse, misuse, or abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing, or other activities inconsistent with the intended use of the Products)
• Improper storage, chemical exposure, moisture, abrasives, sand, or dirt
• Defects caused by unauthorized modifications
• Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage unless caused by ROOMOVE
• Products with altered or illegible serial numbers or barcodes
• Ordinary wear and tear
• Defects or damage caused by using non-ROOMOVE accessories or equipment
• Improper assembly, installation, service, or maintenance
• External causes such as collision, fire, flooding, theft, or improper use of electrical sources

Additional Exclusions for Batteries:

• Charging with an incompatible or improper battery charger
• Breaking or tampering with battery seals
• Using the battery in non-ROOMOVE equipment

Parts & Components
Original ROOMOVE parts and components are covered by a 2-year limited warranty.

If more than 15 days have passed since receiving the bike, the replacement of parts within the warranty period will require shipping costs to be paid by the customer.

This warranty does not cover:

• Parts affected by corrosion from exposure to moisture, heat, etc.
• Surface finish damage or aesthetic deterioration
• Labor charges for part replacement
• Damages from accidents, misuse, or abnormal use
• Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage not caused by ROOMOVE
• Unauthorized use of non-ROOMOVE accessories or products
• Improper assembly, operation, or maintenance
• External damage such as from collision, flooding, or exposure to the elements

Warranty Claims
All warranty claims for this product must be submitted through ROOMOVE by emailing support@roomoves.com. To initiate a warranty claim, provide proof of purchase along with photos or videos of the damaged item. We recommend reaching out to ROOMOVE first, as there may be a simple solution to your issue before proceeding with a formal claim.

No part will be replaced without first receiving visual evidence (photos or videos) of the damage.

ROOMOVE will offer free components and replacement parts (shipping fees are not included). Installation fees will not be covered without prior authorization from ROOMOVE’s after-sales team.

Shipping Damage Claims
In rare instances, items may be damaged during transportation. If shipping damage occurs, contact ROOMOVE immediately at support@roomoves.com with photo or video proof.

No compensation or replacement will be offered for free accessories that are scratched during transportation.

Notice:
Shipping damage claims must be filed within 7 days of receiving the product.

Exclusions:
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Consumable parts such as tires, inner tubes, brake pads, and batteries are not covered by this warranty.
ROOMOVE will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
