This Limited Warranty (the “Warranty”) is provided by ROOMOVE. This Warranty offers additional benefits beyond your statutory rights as a consumer and does not affect those rights.
Before your first ride, please read the user manual(s) provided with the product. The manuals contain important safety guidelines and detailed instructions on assembly, use, and maintenance.
ROOMOVE provides a limited warranty for all electric bicycles/electric motorcycles. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal usage and maintenance. (Free accessories are not covered under this warranty.)
ROOMOVE electric bicycle frames are covered by a 2-year replacement warranty. This warranty covers frame replacement only and does not include labor costs for transferring parts to the new frame.
ROOMOVE batteries are covered by a 2-year prorated warranty. If a battery is found defective within this period, it will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer.
Original ROOMOVE parts and components are covered by a 2-year limited warranty. Customers must cover shipping costs for replacement parts if a certain number of days have passed since receipt.
All warranty claims must be submitted through ROOMOVE’s official support via email at contact@roomoves.com.
To initiate a claim, provide:
If a product is damaged during shipping, customers must contact ROOMOVE within 7 days and provide photo or video evidence. Shipping damage claims submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.
This warranty is ROOMOVE’s sole and exclusive warranty. No other express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are provided.
